The short version: I turn marketing spend into revenue. The longer version involves 15 years of building marketing systems, a deep obsession with AI, and a fundamental belief that marketing should be measured by what it earns — not what it costs.
The story
I didn’t start as a “marketing consultant.” I started as a marketer — inside companies, in the trenches, building campaigns, managing teams, and being held accountable for numbers.
Over 15 years, I worked across FMCG, technology, and B2B, learning what actually drives growth and what’s just expensive activity. I saw companies burn crores on marketing that looked impressive in presentations but never moved the revenue needle. And I saw lean teams with clear strategy outperform them every time.
That experience taught me something most agencies never learn: marketing is not a creative exercise. It’s a business system. The best marketing is invisible — it just makes the phone ring.
In 2020, when AI started transforming how marketing works, I didn’t just add “AI” to my title. I went to Wharton to study it. I got certified. I started building AI-powered workflows for content, analytics, and automation that genuinely change how fast and how precisely a company can grow.
Today, I work as a fractional CMO and marketing strategist for startups and B2B companies that are serious about growth. I don’t run an agency. When you hire me, you get me — my experience, my frameworks, my accountability.

My operating principles
Revenue over impressions. I measure everything against revenue impact. If a metric doesn’t connect to your pipeline, I don’t report on it.
Strategy before tactics. Posting content without a strategy is just noise. I build the architecture first, then execute.
AI as an operating system, not a buzzword. I use AI tools daily — for research, content, analytics, and automation. It’s not a slide in my pitch deck. It’s how I work.
Honesty over comfort. If something isn’t working, I’ll tell you. If you don’t need a service, I won’t sell it. My reputation matters more than any single engagement.
